Former The Block stars Spence Thomson and Kerrie Charter have offloaded their Barossa Valley home in a million-dollar deal.

The $1.3 million sale of their Nuriootpa farm at 191 Samuel Road settled this month following a renewed push to sell it.

The couple and former reality renovation show contestants, who were on the 2018 series of Channel 9’s The Block, relisted the 17ha estate late last year with a $1.35 million to $1.425 million price guide.
